Wow, you look very different in this video than you normally do! ;-)
(Congratulations on finishing your fourth cycle!)
Aha ha... I should have mentioned that he's my teacher :)
Congrats! I've heard some really good things about about Tai Chi - do you find it relaxing and balancing mentally?
So is your class conducted in French?
It is very relaxing - but you have to ask Lorenzo if it's made me more mentally balanced... I'm afraid the answer would be 'No' :) (Kidding) To me it's having only benefits - I come there stressed, sometimes full of negative thoughts as a result of over-analysing stuff and leave an hour later feeling just 'Zen'.
It's even a bit physical because we do a lot of stretching.
Yes, and the class is in french.
It´s seemms to be very boring!!! but sure it has he benefits you are saying....
To me it looks like control and grace. I love it!
Anonymous: I can unserstand your comment, but I guess this is one of those things you just need to try for yourself.
Joy Suzanne: I think so too - at least it's graceful when my teacher is doing it ;) Apparently it takes 4 years to do the 4 cycles and then it takes another few years to do them all properly and gracefully. So, a loooong way to go yet!
hey hey hey, why do you say that..?? because I dont like it and I think is boring...?? I prefer pilates or swimming for relaxation, but not this in de video! Dont get angry with me and enjoy and applicate you tai cuc, please.
