All Summed Up

Last week was pretty busy and most of thoughts and energy was spent on Emilio and him going to the crèche. It was hard to leave him there among these people I had barely met, and even more so when he was crying big crocodile tears. He has managed to adapt well though and is having fun. The ladies taking care of him all seem very kind and capable though the info issue is still very much present. And me, the afternoons can't pass fast enough so I can go fetch my little angel again and see his huge toothy smile!

In one week he has become very good at hugging, and it's very clear when he wants a snuggle. I don't think there can be something better for a mum. And to celebrate this passed week I made muffins with lemon glaceing. (I'm also secretly researching a birthday cake for Emilio but more one that project later).

Citron bio - delicious!!
Yesterday I took E to get his first ever hair crew-cut, but not before I had cut a few strands of that blond hair for memory (see E's hair before). The hairdresser was little impressed with my haircutting techniques and didn't charge one pence for her services. (I guess she took pity in my little boy who had been taken out in public with a chunk of his hair missing) She did however add a little gel in E's hair for extra coolness, but by then E's patience had gone wafer thin and (judging by the crocodile tears) he was not impressed.

we're yet to cut our little guy's hair :) it's grown so long, he's looking like a little girl... I keep trimming his bangs, but haven't made the big step of taking him for a professional cut yet - soon though, soon. :)
