The wind ruffles through the palm tree branches, making a soft characteristic clicking sound when the long fingery leaves touch. Below, the soft green carpet of grass shaded by the harsh rays of the sun. The fruits are hanging heavy and ripe from the trees... the roses are sending out the most wonderful perfumes. Under the lemon tree the cat is rolling around lazily...

Kitty was just taking a break from the stressful days work of killing whatever there is to kill around the house before leaving their mutilated corpses under the lemon tree for someone to pick up (where are you lovely husband??).
And, another mouse bites the dust... RIP!
